FAQ’s

  • Mat Pilates: All you need is a mat and your body. It’s a full body workout using gravity and your own body weight. We will sometimes use small props such as the pilates soft ball, magic circle, resistance bands or light weights. Portable, simple, and perfect for core strength anywhere!

Reformer Pilates: Adds a bit of fancy equipment (the reformer!) with springs and a sliding carriage. The springs allow for you to easily add resistance and support, making exercises more challenging or accessible. Great for progressing strength, mobility and making Pilates feel like a full-body adventure!

Both types of pilates offer a great workout - having options allows your exercise routine to stay interesting and varied!
