All Levels Reformer

All abilities

45m

6 per class

Best for: Everyone’s welcome - from total beginners to seasoned movers.

Expect a balanced mix of strength, mobility and full-body reformer magic. With just 6 per class you’ll get plenty of guidance, great energy and a workout that leaves you taller (and maybe a little wobbly).

Restore Reformer

6 per class

All abilities

45m

Best for: Low-key movement.

Slow and gentle - like pressing the reset button. Think stretchy, feel-good movement that melts tension and helps you breathe deeper. Perfect if you’re new, easing back in or craving something kinder. Small class size (6) means lots of support and space to unwind.

Post-Natal Reformer (Little Ones Welcome!)

All abilities

45m

6 per class

Best for: New Mums

A gentle, uplifting class to help you rebuild strength and reconnect with your core after birth. Pre-crawling babies are welcome (please note they must be safely away from the reformer - bouncer chair, pram, carseat etc. or pre-rolling babies on mats). Just 6 in the room means there’s space, support and zero pressure - feel good movement at your pace.

Mat pilates classes

Mat classes

12 per class

All abilities

45m

Best for: Everyone’s welcome - from total beginners to seasoned movers.

A lively twist on a classic. Core work, mobility and hidden muscle moments using just a mat and small props. Welcoming, upbeat and suitable for all levels. With up to 12 in class you can expect a fun and energising atmosphere with lots of support.

Circuits

Circuits

15 per class

All abilities

45m

Best for: Everyone’s welcome - from total beginners to seasoned movers.

A station-style full-body workout blending cardio moves with strength training. Varied, motivating and high-energy. With 15 per class it’s a fun atmosphere but always well coached. Suitable for all levels.

What’s the difference between mat and reformer pilates?

Reformer pilates

Adds a bit of fancy equipment (the reformer!) with springs and a sliding carriage. The springs allow for you to easily add resistance and support, making exercises more challenging or accessible. Great for progressing strength, mobility and making Pilates feel like a full-body adventure!

Mat pilates

All you need is a mat and your body. It’s a full body workout using gravity and your own body weight. We will sometimes use small props such as the pilates soft ball, magic circle, resistance bands or light weights. Portable, simple, and perfect for core strength anywhere!

How to prepare for a class

  • Pilates is a low-impact workout that strengthens your whole body, improves posture and increases flexibility. Classes include a gentle warm-up, controlled exercises and a relaxing cool-down. Movements are adaptable for all levels, so you can work at your own pace.

  • Comfortable clothing you can move in. Grip socks are required for reformer classes. You can bring your own or they are available to buy at the studio.

  • Water, grip socks for reformer pilates, a towel (if you’d like) and a positive attitude! Mats and equipment are provided. Please note - completion of the health screening questionnaire is required prior to attending your class

  • A few rules of thumb to keep classes smooth, welcoming and enjoyable for everyone:

    ● Shoes off at the door – let’s keep it clean and cozy.

    ● Arrive 10 minutes early – gives you time to settle in and set up your space.

    ● Phones on silent – because the only buzz we want is your energy!

    ● Be kind to each other – encouragement goes a long way and pilates is more fun with smiles.

    ● Oops moments happen – yes, sometimes Pilates leads to a little toot. Don’t worry, we’ve all been there!

  • Please note that you can book up to 4 weeks in advance.

  • You’ll find us between Goad Street & Back Fox Street in Swarthmoor (LA12 0JA). We are easy to spot as the white and orange church!

Goad Street is narrow and parking here can be tricky. There is plenty of on street parking available on Park Road and Fox Street, a very short walk away. You are also welcome to park in the carpark at Swarthmoor Football Club, which is a 2 minute walk from the studio.

Walking and cycling is also encouraged where possible, we would be happy to help you secure your bike.
